John Hampson

Veterinarian (BVBiol/BVSc)

Dr John Hampson, Owner & Lead Veterinarian

John graduated from Vet School in 2011 from Charles Sturt University. He has always had an interest and passion for animals as he grew up on a small property in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales. It is here that he started dealing with and learning about dogs, cats, chickens, horses and cows.
Since then, he has worked in three veterinary clinics throughout Northern New South Wales and South East Queensland. They consisted of small and some large animal work.
After 9 years in practice he decided it was time to go a separate direction and had the vision and desire to set up a privately owned veterinary clinic. He has a strong interest in small animal surgery and large animal medicine.
John has 6 Arabian horses, several brangus cross cows, chickens and a very spoilt kelpie called Gemma.
